Overview
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and performing legal analysis of various types of contracts
- Preparing documents for the state registration of companies and amendments to corporate charters
- Conducting legislative analysis and preparing legal opinions
- Drafting and submitting formal inquiries and written applications to government authorities
- Preparing legal complaints, claims, and lawsuits
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in the Russian language
- An active attorney’s license (Bar admission) is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in the English language is an advant
