Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless communication with partners, receive requests, and monitor their execution
- Handle and resolve all product-related questions and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Optimize content positioning across all gaming websites to enhance product visibility and performance
- Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, and yearly reports for management, ensuring accuracy and clear insights
- Provide detailed product information and address inquiries in a professional and engaging manner
- Present product features, benefits, and unique selling points tailored to partner needs
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our gaming products to effectively represent the brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and loyalty
- Gather partner feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Share insights with internal teams to optimize offerings and enhance the partner experience
- Prepare reports summarizing partnership outcomes and future opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field Years of experience
- 2 years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or account management, -preferably within the iGaming, technology, or entertainment industries
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication) (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong ability to convey information effectively and build rapport through online chats or other communication tools
- Willingness to develop a comprehensive understanding of gaming products and services
- A passion for engaging with partners and exceeding their expectations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
