Digitain is seeking for energetic and highly motivated Partner Support Specialists to join its Partner Support Team.

The job is shift based and includes morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Digitain partners’ support representatives through online chat or other messengers
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Answer partners’ inquiries related to services, games, bets and other products provided by the company

  • Identify and assess partners’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Interact with Partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests

  • Handle partners’ complaints providing appropriate solution or to find alternative options to solve the issues if any

  • Register all type of issues in the ticketing system for the review of corresponding departments

  • Build sustainable, long relationship
Required Qualifications:
  • Genuine curiosity about gaming and good understanding of online gaming industry
  • Proficient in English/Russian/Turkish/Spanish/Chinese languages (written and verbal)
  • Result-oriented
  • Multitasking skills
  • Creative thinking
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work in high pressure and in stressful situations
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Prior experience as a front line employee would be a plus
  • Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts (is a must)
