The MENA Region Partners Development Team Manager will be responsible for managing and driving a team of Partners Development Managers while ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth across the MENA region. This role involves managing people, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, developing market strategies, and aligning regional goals with corporate objectives.

– Ability to manage relationships with: C-level stakeholders, Product teams, Commercial teams, and Technical teams.
– Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
– Effective time management skills
– Ability to pay attention to details at work and prioritize them
– Advanced knowledge of Athe rmenian language and excellent knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the Partners Development team, ensuring that the issues raised by team members are addressed and solved quickly
  • Initiate market research and ensure that there are no technical or procedural gaps in the company compared to the competitors, and initiate innovations that will put the company on better terms in the competition
  • Initiate product development requests once noticing product gaps, and be responsible for quickly solving the product-related gaps
  • Be the main contact person with Incident Management and Change Management teams and collaborate with the operators, internal teams, and Partners Development team to ensure that the issues are addressed and solved quickly
  • Be in touch with operators, get involved with issues raised by the operators about product and processes, and escalate them to the Head of MENA.
  • Initiate Casino and Sportsbook development plan for the entire region and initiate a strategy to develop partner numbers with targeted promotional activities
  • Be responsible for the collaboration of the Casino Success team of MENA, involved with all decisions about the promotional activities with Casino Success managers and the Partners Development team. Track the success of the promotional activities
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Head of MENA about achievements, present issues, promotional activities, and matters that should be solved with the involvement of the Head of MENA.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a partnership management, business development, or operational role within the iGaming or related tech industry
  • 2-3 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Experience in revenue growth, retention, and upselling strategies
  • Ability to manage a team of up to 12 managers.
  • Strong skills in: Performance management, Mentorship and coaching, Conflict resolution, Cross-team coordination
