Overview
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners mainly within the iGaming industry
- Establish, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and mutual benefits
- Oversee the implementation and management of partnership agreements, ensuring successful collaboration and value creation
- Manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships, addressing any issues or challenges that arise and ensuring ongoing alignment with company goals Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Legal teams to integrate partnership initiatives across the organization
- Communicate with partners through all communication methods acceptable to the company
- Monitor partnership performance, conducting regular reviews to assess outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize relationships
- Business Development & Market Representation
- Promote the company’s services and products to current and potential clients
- Represent the company and products at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our partnership capabilities
- General Responsibilities
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in partnership management, with a focus on developing and managing strategic relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Turkish, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and optimize partnership performance
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within set timelines
- Open to travel for business meetings and industry events
