Overview
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identifying and establishing collaborations with game developers and publishers to explore opportunities such as in-game integrations, co-marketing activities and content production
- Activation Management: Planning, coordinating, and executing partnership activations at sponsored gaming events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives
- Marketing Support: Assisting in the creation of marketing assets related to the gaming portfolio and serving as the point of contact for brand marketing teams regarding advertising, communication, and branding materials using video game intellectual property
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product delivery teams to provide input on content publication tools, workflows, and quality assurance processes before release, ensuring that partnership initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the product lifecycle
- Content Promotion and Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of content promotion across various platforms and partnerships, ensuring timely and relevant content packaging that aligns with partnership goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnerships
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, key players, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for gaming
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
