Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with game developers, publishers, and other key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration opportunities, including in-game integrations, co-marketing initiatives, and content production. Additionally, you will oversee partnership activations, provide marketing support, and collaborate with product development teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives into our product lifecycle.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish collaborations with game developers and publishers to explore opportunities such as in-game integrations, co-marketing activities and content production.
- Activation Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute partnership activations at sponsored gaming events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the creation of marketing assets related to the gaming portfolio and serve as the point of contact for brand marketing teams regarding advertising, communication, and branding materials using video game intellectual property.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product delivery teams to provide input on content publication tools, workflows, and quality assurance processes before release, ensuring that partnership initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the product lifecycle.
- Content Promotion and Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of content promotion across various platforms and partnerships, ensuring timely and relevant content packaging that aligns with partnership goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in partnership management, support, business development, or a related role within the iGaming industry.
- Understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, key players, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnerships will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for gaming.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
