Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist | VBET.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all daily transactions are accurately recorded in the financial system by reconciling payments across multiple platforms
- Oversee VBET payment processes, including withdrawals and deposits, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Implement and manage new payment systems, covering integration and ongoing monitoring. Promptly remove non-functioning payment systems from the website
- Monitor and update website visuals, descriptions, logos, and limits to ensure all information is accurate
- Manage and process tasks using Jira, ensuring timely completion and thorough follow-up
- Prepare reports on task progress per website on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
- Regularly update the companies Atlassian's Wiki with relevant information and changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the betting and gambling industry
- Strong analytical skills and quick thinking for resolving issues; ability to multi-task under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Jira or similar task management tools is a plus
