Overview

As main and single point of contact in between Paysment system provider’s technical teams and Digitain’s technical team, will oversee smooth integration, implementation and testing processed to integrate 3rd party payment services to our Gateway or for other platforms and providers to integrate our gateway services to their solution. The Integration manager is responsible for managing seamless technical integrations, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring optimal performance of payment solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and process data to develop technical applications for PSP integrations.
  • Ensure seamless integration with new and existing payment providers, including negotiating and defining technical requirements.
  • Prepare and document detailed operational requirements for payment solutions.
  • Implement business logic for integrated payment solutions, working closely with API documentation.
  • Act as a contact person between internal teams and external providers to clarify details, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bugs, coordinating with internal and external teams to implement solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to merchants integrating with Paydrom, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update integration process documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report on project statuses, highlighting technical risks, blockers, and key updates.
  • Assist Operation team and technical team with analyzing, identifying and resolving issues in production.
  • Work closely with Product, Development, Design, and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and optimal performance of payment systems.
  • Prepare reports on payment operations and integrations, providing data-driven insights for process improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of payment systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Assist in identifying improvements in existing implementations. Define and oversee appropriate implementation of improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in integration management or a similar role within the payment industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and APIs.
  • Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with integration APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Understanding of sequence diagrams and top-level architecture.
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, and fixed-width formats.
  • Experience in IT project management or product management is a plus.
