Imagine Live is looking for a Pitboss to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring table operations and dealer performance to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively monitor tables operations and activities during the shift
- Make sure game rules and procedures are in line with the operational standards
- Monitor dealers/shufflers' conduct and performance
- Monitor player behavior and report any violations
- Monitor chats and respond to customers complaints regarding problem gambling, unfair play or cheating
- Handle reports and communication with various departmentsand partners
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Armenian and English languages
- Adaptability
- flexibility
- Decision-making skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Nice To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education
- Prior experience
