We are looking for an experienced Power BI Specialist to join our Data Management function and help transform business data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to design intuitive dashboards, develop robust data models, and ensure high-quality data flows into our analytics environment.
Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the business to design and develop intuitive and user-friendly visualization, reports, dashboards that will support the need of the business
  • Own conceptual and logical data mode, and work with change team, business analysts and IT to understand business requirement and design / enhance the data model
  • Identify the data required to deliver the insights and work with IT to source data into a central data warehouse environment
  • Setup and own data analytics platform including processes for governing data sources and dashboards
  • Implement best practices in business intelligence operations: use case prioritization, data validation, test design, analysis and documentation
  • Work with technical and business subject matter experts to document and catalogue organization’s data assets on a central catalogue
Required Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of manipulating and analyzing complex and high volume data from a number of internal and external sources Strong experience in working with Power BI data analytics platform
  • Good knowledge of statistical analysis techniques to extract meaningful and actionable insights from data
  • Advance level knowledge of query languages such as SQL
  • Knowledge and understanding of ETL, data integration, and cloud-based data warehouse design and best practices
  • Experience in design logical and conceptual data models
  • Creative mind with ability to design most compelling and visually stunning dashboards
  • Highly collaborative
  • Ability to build relationship with the business and help them solve problem using insights generated from data
