“818 Consulting” is looking for a “PR and communications coordinator for The Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA)”.

Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement PR policy and strategy of the Agency
- Manage relations with media, monitor and analyze media coverage to insure effectiveness of PR
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other PR events
- Create content for the website and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and promote newsworthy stories, events, and achievements
- Write, edit and translate various types of articles for the official website
- Develop and implement social media strategies, manage Agency’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, which includes event management, industry conferences participation, etc.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing PR expertise and content creation for promotional materials
- Plan and organize Agency’s events, work on event related tasks
- Write announcements, press releases and prepare information for the media, posters and presentations

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
- Proven PR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement PR policies and strategies that align with the agency's goals and objectives
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing media coverage to assess the effectiveness of PR efforts
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing and editing, with the ability to translate content as needed
- Experience in creating content for websites and other digital platforms
- Proficiency in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Experience in managing and maintaining social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to write announcements, press releases, and prepare information for the media
- Proficiency in creating posters and presentations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to respond to changing PR needs
- Demonstrated creativity in identifying and promoting newsworthy stories, events, and achievements
- Strong analytical skills to assess the impact and effectiveness of PR efforts and make data-driven improvements
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong command of the English language
