Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a caseload of pre-litigation cases from intake through resolution
- Prepare and review pre-litigation documents and correspondence
- Hold regular meetings with the pre-litigation team to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure smooth workflow
- Work closely with lawyers and other departments to ensure a seamless transition of cases into litigation when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- A law degree is NOT required
- We provide full training for our field of practice (civil litigation)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English both written and oral is a MUST
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time-management, organizational, and planning skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workplace, etc.)
