Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Premium clients, ensuring personalized and high-quality service
  • Analyze clients’ financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions
  • Perform active and cross- selling tailored to client needs
  • Promote the use of the bank’s products and services taking into account the clients’ interests
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective customer service
  • Handle necessary documentation
  • Prepare periodic reports and other duties based on job responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Banking or related fields
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the banking sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to orientate quickly
  • Flexibility
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages (both written and verbal)
