Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Premium clients, ensuring personalized and high-quality service
- Analyze clients’ financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions
- Perform active and cross- selling tailored to client needs
- Promote the use of the bank’s products and services taking into account the clients’ interests
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective customer service
- Handle necessary documentation
- Prepare periodic reports and other duties based on job responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Banking or related fields
- At least 1 year of work experience in the banking sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to orientate quickly
- Flexibility
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages (both written and verbal)
