Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Acceptance, approval and issuance of cash and other currencies
  • Interbank and intrabank transfers through a bank account
  • Bank and deposit account replenishment/withdrawal
  • Implementation of cash and non-cash transactions
  • Cash verification, packaging
  • Implementation of AML/FT measures
  • Acceptance and provision of applications for references and statements
  • Identifying customer complaints and taking steps to resolve them
  • Responsibilities for drafting reports on daily operations
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of work experience at Inecobank
  • Knowledge of the tariffs and terms of provision of all bank services
  • Good knowledge of all types of software used in the Bank
  • Knowledge of the characteristic features of money and coins of the Republic of Armenia
  • Knowledge of the nominal values of banknotes (Armenian dram, foreign currency)
  • Good command of Russian and English
