Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and visitors and refer them to the right person
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide general information on the products and services of the bank, their fees and rates
  • Answer phone calls
  • Forward phone calls to appropriate employees of the Bank
  • Provide advice to clients in relation to completion of payment documents
  • Prepare and deliver to clients account statements, references and other informational materials
  • Deliver payment cards to clients
  • Keep contact with clients
  • Be actively involved in attraction of new clients
  • Collect and present to supervisor client observations, recommendations and complaints with regard to any operation or service of the Bank
  • Manage queues
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility, ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
  • Interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Ability to listen attentively, to refer clients to the right place and solve problems on the site
  • Client-centric approach
  • Team player
  • Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AS Bank will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
