Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the procurement process by identifying and sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and issuing purchase orders
  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning to ensure stock availability without overstocking
  • Support the management of supplier relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
  • Track the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses or project sites, ensuring goods are delivered on time and in good condition
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and coordinate logistics effectively
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and reporting any discrepancies or issues
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement and logistics activities for the team and management
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, logistics coordination, and supply chain management
  • Ability to work with suppliers, manage inventories, and oversee delivery schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting
  • Basic understanding of contracts, procurement regulations, and logistics management
  • Organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of contracts, procurement regulations, and logistics management
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (CEFR) is required to handle communication with international vendors and partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to work with suppliers and Internal teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Basic knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures is a plus
