Overview
RENSHIN Urban Investments is looking for a Procurement and Supply Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement procurement plans to meet project needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Vendor Selection & Evaluation: Review supplier and contractor proposals, conduct evaluations, and recommend selections based on quality, price, and compliance
- Contract Management Support: Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, subcontracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with FIDIC contract conditions
- Cost Tracking & Optimization: Work closely with the cost management team to track procurement-related expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiation & Risk Mitigation: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers while mitigating procurement risks, including delays and cost overruns
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date records
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement within the construction industry
- Basic knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
