Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify suppliers and evaluate their offerings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless quality and delivery in accordance with the organization's requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delays, quality, or compliance of products or services
- Negotiate with suppliers on contracts, terms, and prices to secure favorable conditions for the organization
- Monitor the execution of contracts and implement adjustments as necessary
- Analyze market trends and prices to uncover potential savings opportunities for the organization
- Support budgeting and purchasing forecasts by evaluating market developments and the organization's needs
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the organization to understand their purchasing needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of the purchasing strategy
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, economics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Skills in database management
- Excellent self-discipline and time-management skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to come up with solutions to unpredicted issues and challenges
