Imagine Live is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify suppliers and evaluate their offerings
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless quality and delivery in accordance with the organization's requirements
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delays, quality, or compliance of products or services
  • Negotiate with suppliers on contracts, terms, and prices to secure favorable conditions for the organization
  • Monitor the execution of contracts and implement adjustments as necessary
  • Analyze market trends and prices to uncover potential savings opportunities for the organization
  • Support budgeting and purchasing forecasts by evaluating market developments and the organization's needs
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within the organization to understand their purchasing needs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in business administration, economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Skills in database management
  • Excellent self-discipline and time-management skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to come up with solutions to unpredicted issues and challenges
