Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Procurement Specialist/Senior Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing Procurement process
- Organizing and providing Requests for quotations
- Providing the minimum acceptable quantity of property in the warehouse, according to the received applications
- Accompanying suppliers to the corresponding areas of the Bank to make estimates, depending on the type of procurement
- Organizing the transportation of purchased goods to the warehouse
- Ensure documents circulation among partners
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education, preferably in Economics or Finances
- At least one year of professional work experience is required
- Experience in organizing and managing tenders
- Knowledge of Banking legislation
- Good command of Russian and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
