We are looking for Senior Product Analyst to join our main product team.
- Metrics OwnershipMaintain and evolve the metrics treeValidate metrics and verify that dashboards are built correctly, write clear specs for Data EngineeringOwn a single, locked definition for each metric (no two ways of calculating the same thing)Decompose the north-star metric down to the level each team can actually influenceRun ad-hoc investigations into metric fluctuationsWork directly with functional leads
- ResearchAd-hoc investigation of metric fluctuations and anomaliesFind and analyze bottlenecks: conversion drop-offs and segmentationValidate product hypothesesData mining for non-obvious patterns and growth opportunitiesPrioritize problems jointly with Product, ranked by potential impact on the north-star metric
- A/B TestingTest design calculations: sample size, MDE, duration, randomization splitVerify split correctness and run sanity checks before reading any resultsReport results together with guardrail metricsDefine data-tracking requirements (which events must be added)Maintain the test archiveDeliver actionable recommendations from each experimentProactively surface data-quality issues before decisions get built on that data
- Received a mathematical or technical higher education
- Possess knowledge, experience in applying the methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- You are proficient in data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel)
- Have deep experience in running and analyzing A/B tests
- Have deep knowledge of marketing metrics, experienced in using them

- The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment
- Vacation 28 calendar days per year
- 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave

- Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years
