Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Product Designer? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design of complex digital products across web, mobile, and interactive platforms
  • Own the user experience from discovery to delivery, translating business goals and user needs into impactful product solutions
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, scope, and priorities
  • Create and oversee high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and final UI designs
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
  • Drive and evolve scalable design systems, UI libraries, and brand consistency across products
  • Ensure high design quality and consistency through design reviews and developer collaboration
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and design direction
  • Advocate for user-centered design and UX best practices across the organization
  • Stay ahead of product design trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior patterns
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in gaming, tech, or SaaS industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in Figma and modern prototyping workflows (additional tools are a plus)
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
  • Proven experience designing responsive and adaptive experiences for complex products
  • Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating cross-functionally at a senior level
  • Ability to think strategically and balance user needs with business and technical constraints
  • Experience contributing to or leading design systems at scale
  • Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Resilience and comfort with navigating ambiguity in a fast paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, result-oriented
Nice To Have:
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
