Overview
The Product Line Manager is responsible for the development of Live casino, TV games, Fast games product verticals, increasing the shares of key product indicators in the overall indicators, contributing to the promotion of product sales both through the use of cross-selling tools and measures, and in terms of product saturation.
- Participate in all phases of product development, from strategy planning to launch projects and final tactical execution
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of product specific internal tools and initiate UX/UI improvement requests for better usability and feature delivery across casino platforms
- Conduct ongoing research on product and game trends, technologies, and player preferences in global markets
- Continuous monitoring of industry-leading casino operators to identify innovative features, user journey improvements, and emerging trends
- Monitor game provider roadmaps, evaluate new suppliers, and oversee the review and documentation of new games, features, and updates—coordinating with the legal team and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals and compliance
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings in the market and proactively seek new suppliers of defined products
- Monitoring the products and conditions of primary and secondary competitors
- Perform competitor product comparisons, including game portfolio, mechanics, bonus systems, and promotional tools. Analyze offerings and games of both primary and secondary competitors to identify gaps and opportunities
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data driven decisions that enhance the overall product experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, launch new features, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze financial and performance data of product to identify trends and take action based on insights
- Ensure proper classification and curation of games, keeping the portfolio optimized and structured
- Check all new games, features, and rules, provide necessary notes to the legal team, and support the approval process with regulators for adding them to the official documentation
- Experience as a Product Manager or similar role is very preferable
- BSc/BA in Management, Economics, or related field
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Background in software development and program management is preferred
