Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and optimization
  • Build and manage product roadmaps for Yerevan Mall mobile apps and KinoPark platforms
  • Define product requirements, write clear PRDs, and prioritize features based on business goals and user insights
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases
  • Analyze user behavior, app performance, and feedback to drive data-informed decisions
  • Oversee integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, loyalty programs, and CRM tools
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across other business units and new product lines
  • Stay updated on retail, cinema, and digital trends to bring innovation into our product ecosystem
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or entertainment tech
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web product development cycles
  • Experience with UX/UI design collaboration and agile project management
  • Technical background or familiarity with APIs and CMS systems
  • Experience managing outsourced development teams and coordinating multiple vendors
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Sentry, etc.)
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English is required
