Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision, develop the roadmap, and identify growth opportunities
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key product performance metrics to uncover improvement and growth areas based on user engagement, usage behavior, and outcomes
  • Conduct research and analysis of the market, competitors, and user behavior to identify opportunities for product development and optimization
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Telcell’s products and services from idea to launch and post-release
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, set priorities based on evolving requirements, and manage the backlog using insights from user research, data analysis, feedback, and market trends
  • Prepare product-related documentation, including business cases, PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), roadmaps, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate effectively and closely with project management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to identify issues, uncover development paths, and come up with new solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at every stage of the development process
  • Review and improve every product update as needed before release
  • Identify areas for improvement across the product and processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in product management or a related position, preferably within a fintech or technology-driven company
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to inform decision-making and drive product strategies
  • Hands-on experience in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritizing initiatives based on market insights, user feedback, and business objectives
  • Experience conducting user interviews to gather actionable insights and inform product decisions
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), with strong verbal and written communication skills
