Overview
Responsibilities:
- organizing and implementing the digitalization processes of existing loan products
- developing, analyzing, and continuously enhancing digital loan products
- managing new and existing loan products and performing in-depth analysis of the loan portfolio
- regularly reviewing, assessing, and optimizing product-related processes
- collaborating and communicating effectively with external partners
- preparing analytical reports and presenting them to management
- quickly navigating complex situations, solving problems, and conducting constructive discussions
- identifying technical issues arising in the online lending process
Required Qualifications:
- higher education in Economics, Finance or a related field
- at least 2 years of experience in the digitalization of consumer and business loans
- excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation and lending processes
- knowledge of modern digital technologies and product management tools
- strong teamwork skills
- ability to make quick and well-reasoned decisions
- proactiveness and a high sense of responsibilit
- strong analytical, strategic and flexible thinking skills
- good command of MS Word, MS Excel and AS-Bank software
- negotiation and conflict management skills
- excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
