Overview
Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Product Manager | Fee-Based Products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage development and optimization of commission-based products such as insurance, investment products (brokerage services, mutual funds), and other fee-generating offerings
- Ensure seamless product integration into banking channels and support sales enablement efforts
- Maximize commission revenue through effective product management and sales collaboration
- Coordinate with partners such as insurance companies for smooth integration and product delivery
- Monitor regulatory compliance related to financial and insurance products
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management or related roles within banking, FinTech, or insurance/brokerage industries
- Familiarity with commission-based product types and their sales models
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for selling financial and insurance products
