Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and optimize referral programs and special growth-oriented digital projects
- Focus on customer acquisition through organic channels and viral growth loops
- Develop and manage loyalty initiatives to enhance customer engagement
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align growth projects with business goals
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for special initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management or Growth Hacking roles
- Proven experience launching and scaling referral programs, loyalty initiatives, or digital growth projects
- Strong analytical skills for campaign and product optimization
