Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Product Manager | Website / Sprint Product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of the bank’s public website and internet banking portal
- Focus on online customer acquisition and enhancing self-service functionalities
- Ensure a seamless and engaging digital experience across all web channels
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to align web product initiatives
- Utilize web analytics and SEO/SEM insights to optimize conversion rates
- Manage content and user experience through Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve website performance
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management with strong expertise in web platform development and digital marketing
- Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for websites
