Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platforms, including partner-facing mobile applications and robust back-office software
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to overseeing development and launch
  • Design, optimize, and maintain complex internal systems, specifically focusing on CRM, order management, logistics systems
  • Oversee financial workflows and system architecture related to payment gateways, API integrations, and partners settlement processes
  • ensuring accurate remuneration structures and financial reporting for various partner types
  • Act as a Product Owner within an agile framework, actively managing and prioritizing the product backlog, leading sprint planning, and writing actionable user stories
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UI/UX design, QA, and operations, to translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • Monitor product performance and continuously iterate on features to improve internal operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or other related fields
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management, ideally within the e-commerce, q-commerce, or fintech sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in creating from scratch or making significant architectural changes to back-office software and mobile applications
  • Deep understanding and hands-on familiarity with financial operations, partner settlements, CRM platforms, order management, and dispatching systems
  • Strong technical acumen with a proven track record of managing complex system integrations
  • Solid expertise working within Agile development environments and utilizing product management and design tools (e.g., Jira, Figma)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages
