Overview
Responsibilities:
- conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market
- develop and implement marketing strategies to promote that bank’s products
- plan, execute, and evaluate product marketing projects from concept to launch
- create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for product marketing initiatives
- coordinate and execute promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand for products
- monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives
- analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
- collaborate with product development and sales teams to define product positioning and messaging
- gather input from customers and stakeholders to refine product marketing strategies and offerings
- develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation
- track expenses and maintain financial accountability throughout all projects
Required Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or project management, preferably in a bank, fintech or a related industry
- proven experience in managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns
- strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- proficiency in project management and marketing tools
