SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

The Product Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the product lifecycle by enhancing process efficiency, improving cross-functional communication, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization and Partners.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong skills in process design, optimization, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
  • Ability to manage and standardize stakeholder communication across internal and external partners
  • Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) workflows, product launch preparation, and cross-team enablement
  • Understanding of release management practices, including QA alignment, documentation flow, and rollout procedures
  • Strong capability to identify operational risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
