Overview

Product Operations Specialist is responsible for the effective management of the day-to-day operations of the product, ensuring system performance, product availability and connectivity, and rapid problem resolution. He/she will be closely working with internal and external teams and partners to facilitate technical integrations, optimize processes, and increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clear communication across teams to improve product development processes
  • Collect and analyze product metrics to provide relevant data
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Manage and update tools, dashboards, and documentation
  • Summarize customer feedback and forward it to the product team
  • Assist in organizing product launches and coordinating stakeholders
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and propose process improvements
  • Support integration of third-party software and perform initial testing

  • Manage product documents like guidelines and release notes
  • Assist in game provisioning, integration, and ensure technical compliance
  • Liaise with external teams for product updates and requests
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in product operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian (both written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Fiddler, etc
  • Familiarity with Project Management and Product Management tools
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
