Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Own and communicate the product vision and strategy for the front-end development team
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives
  • Develop a clear product roadmap, prioritize features and deliverables, and adjust based on business needs and customer feedback.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined, actionable, and aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of user stories and requirements
  • Collaboration with Developers and Designers
  • Collaborate closely with Front-End developers to deliver high-quality, user-centered web applications
  • Work alongside UX/UI designers to ensure seamless design handoff and consistent user experience
  • Act as a bridge between design and development teams, ensuring product features are implemented as per specifications
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Work with the development team to track progress, identify blockers, and facilitate timely resolution of issues
  • Regularly report on product performance, updates, and progress to the CEO and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Preferably experience in the iGaming industry or a strong understanding of online gaming products
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end development processes
  • Proven ability to define and prioritize product features and requirements effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
