Overview

We’re looking for a Product Owner (iGaming) who owns the game, not just the process. You take an idea and turn it into a slot experience players feel, remember, and replay. You work through MDA, care deeply about player sessions, and refuse to ship anything that’s merely ‘fine.’ If you believe great slots are intentional, emotional, and well-crafted – welcome to production at Wicked.

Responsibilities:
  • Own Game Vision: You create or refine slot concepts and carry them from idea to live release.
  • Lead MDA Design: You design mechanics, dynamics, and aesthetics that serve a clear player promise.
  • Collaborate on Math: You work hands-on with Mathematicians to tune volatility, hit-rate feel, and feature behavior.
  • Direct Art & Animation: You define theme, mood, readability, and motion to ensure premium visual execution.
  • Own Sound Direction: You shape music, SFX, and win feedback to support emotion, pacing, and immersion.
  • Align Production: You act as the single source of truth and keep Art, Dev, QA, and Sound aligned and moving
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Game Producer within the iGaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of slot mechanics, dynamics, player psychology, and session design.
  • Ability to clearly articulate how and why a feature delivers the intended experience (MDA Expertise).
  • Effective collaboration with Math, Development, Art, Animation, Sound, and QA teams.
  • Knowledge of how to push for excellence without slowing teams down or creating friction.
