Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Product Owner – HRM (Human Resources Management).

Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs in HRM
  • Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders to inform product development
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback
  • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Development Oversight: Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the sprint cycles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments
  • Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, including testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, gathering feedback, and managing expectations
  • User Needs Analysis: Conduct continuous research to understand evolving user needs in HR management.Synthesize findings into actionable insights that guide product development and enhancement
  • Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and define a clear product roadmap aligned with market demands and strategic objectives
  • Value Proposition Development: Craft and communicate compelling value propositions that resonate with HR professionals. Provide sales teams with the tools and messaging necessary to effectively showcase the product's benefits
  • Customer Engagement: Support sales efforts by engaging with potential customers, company co-workers, managers, understanding their pain points, and demonstrating how the HRM product addresses their specific needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a focus on HRM products or related software solutions
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Human Resources management processes, compliance requirements, and industry trends
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and experience working closely with development teams
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and inspire collaboration towards achieving product goals
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMP) are a plus
