Armenia Round Table Foundation is looking for a Project Assistant who will support the Project officer with administrative tasks to ensure the effective implementation of the Project related to emergency response to displaced people from Nagorno Karabakh.

Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities of the Project Assistant include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist Project officer in developing and delivering all the related Project documents, including market surveys, donation agreements, progress reports, technical documentation, communication materials etc. ensure that all Project data; is appropriately documented and secured;
  • Ensure the effective preparation and delivery of all project events;
  • Draft information for the social media and contribute to the developing communication materials (including brochures, newsletters etc.);
  • Participate in project monitoring processes and assist Project officer in data collection;
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the head of the organization, the Programme Director and the Project officer.
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in Public administration, Sociology, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and English languages;
  • Both team and individual working capacities;
  • Computer literacy, social media skills is an advantage;
  • Excellent time-management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to travel countrywide;
  • Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility), innovative thinking and confidentiality.
