Synergy International Systems is looking for a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing the project team's operations across all phases of the project
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing client communications and conducting training sessions
  • Collaborate in the creation and updating of project documentation, including requirements, release notes, system prototypes, and project plans as directed by the Project Manager
  • Support the Project Manager in the story point estimation process and client communications related to it
  • Convert features developed by the Research and Development department into user stories as requested by the Project Manager
  • Assist the Project Manager in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Standups, Retrospective meetings etc.
  • Review the sprint board and items on a daily basis to ensure progress
  • Work closely with a technical team comprising Software Engineers, Database Developers, System Analysts, QA Engineers, UI Designers, and Technical Writers to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure the smooth execution of project activities-
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent to native-level proficiency in both verbal and written English communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or a related field
  • Strong background in IT and analytics is preferred
  • At least 1 year of hands-on project management experience is preferred
  • Experience in designing, developing, or managing applications is advantageous
  • Proven ability to produce analytical reports and effectively communicate with clients
  • Proficient in using Project Management tools, such as MS Project and Atlassian products
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Project Management practices
  • Knowledge of web technologies and databases is preferred
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
