The Role:
The Innovation and Partnership Coordinator will lead the implementation of the WIN4Education Capacity Building Program—a flagship collaboration between Teach For Armenia and the FAST Foundation. In addition to this direct leadership role, they will also contribute to the broader success of the Káits Social Innovation Accelerator pathway. The Coordinator will report to the Senior Officer for Alumni Engagement and will play a vital role in building entrepreneurial capacity among alumni and participants, fostering innovation, and ensuring efficient program delivery.
Káits Social Innovation Incubator is one of the Leadership Pathways offered by Teach For Armenia. It is specifically designed for alumni of our two-year Teacher Leadership Program—those who have completed the “Program” and are looking to deepen their impact. However, the incubator is also open to individuals outside of our alumni network who demonstrate a strong commitment to educational equity and present compelling, mission-aligned social initiatives. Káits is at the forefront of innovation within the education sector, being the first of its kind in Armenia. With its recent transformation into a social entrepreneurship accelerator, Káits now supports a selective cohort of entrepreneurs each year through capacity-building, mentorship, milestone-based funding, and a sustainability-focused development model.

Responsibilities:

The Work:

For this role, the key responsibilities will include:
Coordination of WIN4Education Capacity Building Program (Teach For Armenia x FAST Partnership) (80%):
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of the WIN4Education program activities, ensuring alignment with the agreed timeline and deliverables;
  • Act as the main liaison between Teach For Armenia, FAST Foundation, and other stakeholders;
  • Support the development of program content, including training modules and learning outcomes, in collaboration with experts. Oversight of curriculum development process with expert teams, ensuring completion by September 10, 2025;
  • Organize and manage the call for experts process, and selection interviews;
  • Successful coordination of application intake and review process. Final participant list of 100 selected applicants with documented selection rationale by September 5, 2025.
  • Co-organization of the Project Launch Event in September 2025.
  • Successful coordination of the training program (22 Sept 2025 – 23 Jan 2026), including:

At least 80 hours of training delivered
Monitoring of participant attendance, engagement, and completion
  • Oversight and tracking of mentorship phase (Jan–Mar 2026), with mentor-mentee logs collected;
  • Support reporting processes, data collection, and beneficiary feedback throughout the project ( at least 3 narrative progress reports (aligned with project stages: launch, mid-point, closeout) and a final outcome report;
  • Assist in communication campaigns and information sessions targeting potential applicants and stakeholders.

General Responsibilities (10%):
  • Represent Teach For Armenia and its innovation initiatives in relevant meetings, events, and external platforms;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to program structure, participant support, and strategic partnerships;
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with Teach For Armenia’s mission, values, and commitment to educational equity.

Supporting Organization-Wide Initiatives (10%):
  • Actively participate in organization-wide events and initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture;
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and working groups, ensuring alignment with Teach For Armenia’s broader strategic objectives.

NOTE: Teach For Armenia is a growing nonprofit working within a dynamic system. Teach For Armenia team must be agile as Teach For Armenia grows in scale. Teach For Armenia is looking for leaders who are resilient and adaptive. That is to say that responsibilities may shift over time.
Required Qualifications:

Experience In:
For this role specifically, Teach For Armenia is also looking for a candidate who possesses the following key competencies:
  • Driving Innovation: Proven ability to generate and apply creative, forward-thinking solutions that strengthen programs and deepen impact;
  • Program Design: Extensive experience in designing and overseeing high-quality training programs, assessment rubrics, and impact measurement tools tailored to early-stage social entrepreneurs;
  • Entrepreneurial Coaching and Support: Confidence and empathy in working with early-stage entrepreneurs—providing practical guidance, holding them accountable to milestones, and helping navigate uncertainty;
  • Co-Creation and Collaboration: Experience leading co-creative processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and program participants to develop innovative and practical solutions;
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work closely with internal leaders and external partners to align content and program delivery with strategic objectives.

Aside from these core competencies, Teach For Armenia is also looking for the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Social Innovation, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, startup acceleration, social entrepreneurship, or innovation ecosystems;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian.
People management experience will be considered an advantage
