Project Manager will be responsible for managing, assessing and implementing different projects throughout several phases, conduct market research to utilize best practices from the field.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee various types of project management initiatives in alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives, including the processes for project initiation, planning, execution, and formal closure;
  • Collaborate actively with all relevant Bank divisions and external partner organizations to ensure seamless execution of projects;
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring consistent updates and shared awareness of objectives, while identifying potential issues early and proposing actionable solutions to enhance project success;
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of managed projects, provide stakeholders and participants with regular written and verbal updates on project status, key milestones, risk assessments, challenges encountered, and significant changes, adhering to established reporting protocols;
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project-related risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating critical concerns to higher management when necessary to safeguard the projects;
  • Document lessons learned through post-project evaluations and retrospectives, implementing corrective actions and best practices to continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future project management processes;
  • Coordinate and facilitate project-related meetings, preparing detailed agendas and accurate minutes, and delivering comprehensive reports on meeting outcomes and action items;
  • Conduct updates to the Bank's webpage;
  • Perform regular market research in the banking and fintech sectors, and present recommendations;
  • Execute additional assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • General knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing financial and/or digital projects.;
  • Good knowledge of Scrum Framework and Agile methodology;
  • At least one year of experience working with AS Bank System;
  • Knowledge of the Mulberry system will be considered an advantage;
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSPO certifications will be considered an advantage;
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana);
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and drive activities to completion;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of Russian and English languages.
