Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery management for the project. Initially, the Project Manager will support discovery and elaboration activities, working closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Solution Consultants, and Business Analysts to define scope, assess risks and dependencies, and establish the delivery approach.

As the project progresses, the Project Manager will be responsible for setting up development teams, managing delivery execution, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication across business and technical stakeholders.
Client:
Our client is a global travel company running a transformation program to optimize corporate travel operations and modernize its booking, fulfillment, servicing, payment, and back office processes.
Project Overview:
The program includes analysis of the current operating model, design of the future state process, integration of multiple platforms, and the setup of delivery teams to build and roll out new capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and coordination activities across discovery, elaboration, and delivery phases.
  • Work with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Solution Consultants, and Business Analysts to define scope and delivery approach.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery constraints.
  • Support the setup of development teams and ensure readiness for execution.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and delivery status.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and support timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor delivery quality and support effective decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex transformation or implementation projects.
  • Experience leading discovery, elaboration, and delivery phases.
  • Strong coordination skills across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in multi team or multi stream environments.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery processes and governance.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with corporate travel operations, booking systems, fulfillment, servicing, and back office processes.
  • Experience with platform integration or process transformation projects would be an advantage.
