Overview
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives (e.g., operating policy redesign, cost-efficiency programs)
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and business verticals to ensure strategic and operational alignment
- Develop and deliver clear, data-driven status updates, executive dashboards, and board-ready materials
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums with mid- and senior-level stakeholders
- Champion change management and internal communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems
- Track and report on project KPIs and business impact metrics to ensure measurable success
- Act as the accountable owner for your projects, driving delivery from strategy to execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or certifications (CFA, ACCA, PMP, etc.) are a strong advantage
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation project management
- Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives, ideally in tech, digital, or financial services environments
- Exceptional problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership
