Overview
Responsibilities:
- participate in the planning process of audit reviews
- manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure
- develop and monitor project plans, timelines, progress, risks and dependencies
- coordinate the work of various bank departments, IT teams, vendors and partners
- participate in collecting and clarifying business requirements and aligning solutions
- organize project meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions and task execution
- prepare project status reports and present them to management
- ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Required Qualifications:
- higher education in economics, management or finance
- at least 2 years of work experience in a bank
- practical experience in project management
- mandatory experience working with ArmSoft / Armenian Software systems
- mandatory experience working on IT projects or in an IT environment
- knowledge of banking processes and systems
- demonstration of analytical thinking and ability to solve problems in a structured way
- demonstration of excellent communication and collaboration skills
- high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills and results-oriented approach to work
- good knowledge of Armenian and Russian (knowledge of English considered an advantage)
- experience in working with Jira, Confluence or other project management tools
- experience with business requirements formalization, testing/UAT and process management
- holding PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or other professional certifications (considered an advantage)
