Flexy Global is looking for a Project & Product Management Intern.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Design and/or IT projects from conception to completion
  • Serve as the main link between clients and the team, ensuring all requirements are fully met
  • Conduct user interviews and user testings
  • Create user stories, customer journey maps and user flows
  • Conduct IT-specific or Design-specific market research and competitive analysis
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Implement agile project methodologies, particularly in a JIRA environment
  • Facilitate client meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve company processes
  • Maintain project deadlines, offering IT insights and give design team advice on how to improve design from product owner perspective
  • Manage the Customer loyalty
  • Continually grow in UI/UX Design and IT Project Management

  • has ability to communicate, is great communicator, can write, and express themselves in English (advanced) and Russian (advanced)

  • is familiar with digital products (apps, web tools, websites) & user experience
  • is familiar with the following terms - onboarding, conversion, retention and related product-centric terminology
  • is empathetic and friendly
  • is able to integrate into the project from the point of view of the client, the end-user of the product, the designer and the developer
  • has experience in working with a remote team
  • has a vision of the project as a whole and immersion in details
