Overview

Public Relations Officer will welcome and bid farewell to guests, delegations and officials of the UAE, accompany and provide them with logistic support and all possible facilitations during their stay in the host country according to applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and follow up all procedures of booking hotels, flights and trains, securing the best prices in coordination with stakeholders within and outside the Mission;
  • Track the completion of governmental procedures and transactions, and refer to official authorities in the host country concerning official business of the embassy, such as issuing flight permits, customs clearance and the diplomatic pouch, and follow-up with hospitals and treatment centers, etc.;
  • Develop a database for excellent airlines, hotels, government institutions, distinct hospitals, restaurants and other businesses and organizations related to his work, and ensure constant updating.
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Arabic and English language must be very good.
