Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Yerevan is looking for a Public Relations Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and bid farewell to guests, delegations and officials of the UAE, accompany and provide them with logistic support and all possible facilitations during their stay in the host country according to applicable laws and regulations
  • Track the completion of governmental procedures and transactions, and refer to official authorities in the host country concerning official business of the embassy, such as issuing flight permits, customs clearance and the diplomatic pouch, and follow-up with hospitals and treatment centers, etc.
  • Follow-up transactions and procedures of issue and renewal of diplomatic cards, airport cards, tenancy contracts,termination of registration, etc. at the end of service of the UAE nationals and their families in the Mission
  • Send out invitations for official ceremonies and events held by the Mission at various occasions. Ensure that all matters related to organizing such events are fulfilled as directed by the Line Manager
  • Supervise Mission's vehicles, provide cars for guests, monitor drivers schedule and track renewal of vehicleregistration, maintenance and related matters such as insurance, traffic violations, and fuel, etc.
  • Develop a database for excellent airlines, hotels, government institutions, distinct hospitals, restaurants and other businesses and organizations related to his work, and ensure constant updating
  • Contribute to organizing and arranging conferences, concerts, seminars and exhibitions and make the necessary arrangements
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager including assistance and support to the members of the household of the Head of Mission on their own business
Required Qualifications:
  • A basic requirement for the job is to speak Arabic
