SoftConstruct is looking for a Python Developer – Machine Learning & AI Focus.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust backend systems that integrate machine learning models and AI components
  • Develop, train, and deploy ML models using real-world datasets
  • Translate business and data requirements into scalable and efficient code
  • Build data preprocessing pipelines, perform feature engineering, and manage model inference workflows
  • Optimize code and model performance for real-time usage
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and modular codebases that support future scalability
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in backend development with Python
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
  • Proficient with Flask, FastAPI, or Django
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Comfortable working with APIs, async programming, and backend logic around ML models
  • Familiarity with deploying models in production environments
