Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web, backend and mobile applications
  • Design, develop and maintain automated test cases for web, backend and mobile applications
  • Work with QA and development teams to identify areas suitable for automation
  • Ensure consistent and reliable test execution and reporting
  • Communicate status to stakeholders and develop reports showing the automation testing status of releases
  • Collaborate with manual QA teams to convert regression test cases into automated suites
  • Create and maintain automation documentation and reusable frameworks
  • Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and communicate results clearly
  • Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives
  • Create and maintain automation roadmap and to show progress against roadmap
Required Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance techniques, testing concepts, methodologies and tools
  • 4+ years in software testing with at least 3 years in automation
  • Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java and Git
  • Experience in building frameworks for UI, API and backend automation
  • Knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical testing mindset that can create positive, negative and edge cases test scenarios
  • Understanding of SDLC, waterfall and agile delivery processes
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in producing testing documentation (strategies, plans, execution reports, etc)
  • Experience in managing complex data sets for reliable automated testing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, share ideas and information, facilitate discussions and transfer knowledge to achieve collective objectives
  • Ability to demonstrate automation to stakeholders
