Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases based on system requirements and user stories
  • Perform functional, integration and regression testing for .NET-based applications, APIs, and services
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Support test data generation, mocking, and environment setup using SQL Server and related tools
  • Work closely with .NET developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure defects are clearly documented with reproducible steps and verified after fixes
  • Monitor and optimize automation runs for performance and stability
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
  • Familiarity with test case design, bug tracking, and reporting
  • Knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and Postman for API testing
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
