Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the QA team, including task distribution and performance monitoring
  • Own the testing process across all ONEX products — web, mobile, and backend
  • Plan and supervise execution of manual and automated tests, including API testing
  • Ensure proper testing coverage and release readiness
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to define clear and testable requirements
  • Identify bugs, track them efficiently, and help ensure timely resolution
  • Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and team skills
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of QA experience
  • Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools
  • Experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with test case and bug tracking tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
